There is no such thing.

This isn’t a “get six-pack abs in 10 days”.

Real results take time.

Be patient with yourself, physically and mentally.

You’re going to make mistakes.

You’re going to miss days.

You’re going to slip up.

Sometimes it might feel like you took 5 steps backwards.

You’re going to be angry at yourself.

You may start to think you don’t deserve this.

THESE ARE ALL NORMAL THOUGHTS WHEN WE ARE WIRED FOR SELF IMPROVEMENT.

You DO deserve this.

Just be patient.

Chill out, and relax.

Learn to enjoy the process.

Embrace the bad days, just like the good days.

You don’t have to be perfect…

(Nobody is).

You just have to be consistent.

Keep trying.

Keep showing up.

Eventually, you’ll take over.
